FUMIGATION "TENTING"
Local Treatment, also known as "Spot Treatment" consists in treating only the affected areas (areas must be visible and accessible). Please have in mind that in order to perform any treatment a full inspection of the structure must be performed and our company must furnish a written termite report with estimate. There is no standard price for this service; therefore, an estimate cannot be provided over-the-phone.
At LCS TERMITE CO., we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to take your order Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm and Friday from 8am-4pm. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
We provide a variety of services including:
Fumigation consists on putting a tarp over your property, then introducing a lethal gas, such as VIKANE to eradicate pests such as drywood termites. It is also necessary to vacate the premises and remove pets, food and plants from interior in order to perform this service. Written instructions for this service will be provided in a timely fashion prior to fumigation. *According to the rules and regulations of the Structural Pest Control Board of California we subcontract this service. Also, please have in mind that in order to perform this service a full inspection of the structure must be performed and written estimate provided.
ESCROW SERVICES
We provide documentation required by Escrow Companies to close your transaction. Please schedule your work in advance to avoid the rush, as we have to provide certification before escrow closing.
